In recent years, China Coal Group, in order to actively respond to the call of the state, accelerate the transformation of old and new kinetic energy, and enhance the level of integration and development of industry and the Internet, has independently developed the Yiming Cloud industrial Internet platform based on 5G technology. The platform combines intelligent sensors, industrial Internet, edge computing, artificial intelligence and other information technologies with equipment fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance, carries out full life cycle health management of industrial equipment, and provides users with comprehensive services such as intelligent production control, collaborative R&D and design, e-commerce sales, remote diagnosis of products, process and energy consumption management, predictive maintenance of equipment, and personalised customisation. It has been awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a manufacturing ‘double creation’ demonstration platform, a pilot demonstration project for big data industry development, a typical case of enterprises going to the cloud, a demonstration project of industrial big data platform in Shandong Province, an excellent industry cloud platform for enterprises going to the cloud in Shandong Province, a provincial-level industrial Internet platform in Shandong Province and other honours, and has made positive contributions to promoting the industrial transformation of the coal mine and machinery industry in the whole country. The project of ‘Yiming Cloud Industrial Internet Platform based on 5G technology’ won the second prize of the Ninth Intelligent Manufacturing (Industry 4.0) Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition of Shandong Province, which fully proves the achievements of our group in the field of intelligent manufacturing. Next step, our group will take this competition as a new starting point, further play the role of industry demonstration and leadership, and constantly strengthen the independent innovation ability, continue to carry forward the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship, forge ahead, solid application, and promote the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, network synergy, intelligent change with practical results, and accelerate the high-quality development of intelligent manufacturing in our province.
