On January 17th, China Coal Group 2024 Summarization and Commendation Conference was grandly held in the Group's conference center. The purpose of this conference is to summarize the work achievements of the past year, commend advanced models, and motivate all employees to continue to move forward in the new year and contribute to the development of the Group. Qu Qing, Chairman of China Coal Group, Han Yong, General Manager of China Coal Group, Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Informatization of China Coal Group and General Manager of China Transportation Group, Shao Hua, Executive Vice President of China Coal Group and General Manager of Machinery Manufacturing Corporation, Yu Cui, Executive Vice President of the Group and General Manager of E-commerce, Xu Zhihan, Hou Jiawei and Zhang Hang, Vice General Managers of the Group, Guan Chenghui, Secretary of the CPC Committee of China Coal Group, Lu Shuli, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Group, and members of the CPC Committee of the Group, Labor Union Chairman Xu Weiwei, the group's companies, as well as all cadres and workers attended the conference.

The General Assembly opened in the solemn national anthem, all participants stood up and sang the national anthem to express their high respect for the motherland.

First of all, the Chairman of China Coal Group, Mr. Qu Qing, announced the decision on the appointment of cadres of the Group in 2025, and expressed his high hopes for the appointed cadres, hoping that they could make persistent efforts in their new positions and make greater contributions to the development of the Group.

Subsequently, Mr. Han Yong, General Manager of China Coal Group, delivered a speech, in which he comprehensively reviewed the brilliant achievements of the Group in the past year, including the steady growth of economic benefits, the continuous expansion of market share, and the continuous breakthroughs in scientific and technological innovation. At the same time, he also pointed out the problems and shortcomings in the development of the Group, and put forward the future development goals and strategic deployment. Mr. Han emphasized that all cadres and employees should continue to maintain high morale, unite as one, and work together to promote the Group's cause to a new level.

Li Zhenbo, General Manager of Informatization of China Coal Group and General Manager of China Shipping Group, summarized the effectiveness of the Group's work in 2024 and planned the work in 2025, especially the digital economy work plan. He pointed out that in 2024, the Group made significant progress in digital transformation, optimized management, improved efficiency and enhanced business competitiveness. 2025 will be a key year for deepening the digital economy strategy, and the Group will uphold the innovation-driven concept, accelerate the integration of information technology and industry, and create industry-influential digital application scenarios. Specific measures include increasing R&D investment in cloud computing, big data and AI, promoting supply chain digitalization and upgrading, deepening customer insights and service innovation, and broadening market boundaries.

Shao Hua, Executive Vice President of China Coal Group and General Manager of Manufacturing General Company, shared the current situation and development prospect of the Group's machinery manufacturing business. He mentioned that in the past year, the Machinery Manufacturing General Company has achieved remarkable results by continuously optimizing the product structure and improving the product quality. In the next step, the company will continue to increase technological innovation, expand domestic and international markets, and inject new vitality into the development of the group.

Guan Chenghui, Secretary of Party Committee of China Coal Group, emphasized the important role of party building work in the development of the Group in his speech. He pointed out that party building work is the soul and power source of the Group's development, and the majority of party members and cadres should effectively play the role of a fighting fortress and vanguard role model to provide a strong political guarantee for the Group's development.

In the awarding session of sales pacesetter, advanced individual and excellent cadres, the leaders presented honorary certificates and prizes to the winning employees. Representatives of the award winners took the stage to speak, shared their work experience and insights, and expressed their gratitude to the Group and their bright prospects for the future.

At last, Mr. Qu Qing, Chairman of China Coal Group, made an important speech. He highly evaluated the achievements of the Group in the past year and expressed his heartfelt thanks and high respect to all cadres and employees.
