WJ-4.5 underground internal combustion LHD is a central articulated frame, with diesel engine as the prime mover, hydraulic or hydraulic, mechanical transmission, tire travel, front loading and front unloading loading and unloading equipment, hydraulic transmission, articulated frame, tire travel. The brake system is a wet multi-disc fully closed brake integrating parking brake, service brake and emergency brake, with spring brake and hydraulic release. The loose materials after blasting are loaded and transported by shovels, which are especially suitable for narrow and low-cut sites with high water content and mud. They are the main equipment for trackless mining in underground mines. It can also be used in railway, highway and water tunnel construction.
Working conditions:
a) The ambient temperature of the roadway is - 5 ℃~+40 ℃, and the maximum relative humidity is not more than 90% (when the temperature is 25 ℃);
b) The altitude of the use site shall not exceed 1800m. When used in plateau environment with an altitude of more than 1800m, necessary measures or special design shall be taken according to the situation;
c) The sulfur content of fuel used for internal combustion scraper shall not be greater than 0.2%;
d) The ventilation capacity of the roadway shall meet the requirements of engine power,
e) The scraper is strictly prohibited to be used in places with flammable and explosive gases such as gas and coal dust.
