The device interacts with the winch power supply chain, that is, the winch is energized, and the device is energized; when the winch is powered off, the device stops working. After the device is powered on, the system detects whether the car bar is placed in position and fault indication from the real-time position of the mine car.
When the mine car is descending normally, the car block is in the normally closed state. When the mine car goes down to the first set value set by the PLC, the main control PLC will control the lift motor to automatically complete the lifting operation; the mine car reaches the second set value. When the main control PLC will control the motor to complete the downslope, return to the normally closed state. When the mine car normally reaches the second set value, the column is automatically completed and the normally closed state is restored. When the mine car reaches the second set value normally, the PLC controls to raise the block car; when the mine car reaches the first set value, the column is automatically completed and the normally closed state is restored. When the mine car exceeds the normal driving speed (sports car, rolling), the PLC controls the buffered car bar to reliably block the mine car, thus effectively avoiding accidents.
