Introduction

Oil-free compressor is a  apparatus  that converts the mechanical energy of prime mover (typically the motor) into gas pressure energy , is a air pressure generator of the air compression.

Characteristic

1. Lubricant can not be completely removed by present decreasing equipment due to the high viscosity , so that the characteristics of compressed air without oil seem irreplaceable.

2. The current refrigeration dryer, no heat regeneration dryer, micro heat regeneration dryer and other dewatering equipment, lose the dewater function due to the oil contained in the compressed air;while oil-free air compressor by clean compressed oil-free air, protection of the water removal equipment, reduce extra funds caused by dewater equipment maintenance.　

3. Using oil free air compressor provides compressed gas, won`t decreasing electrical load greatly because of the pressure loss of air compressor, saving energy;

4. Normal air compressor wastes lots lubricating oil,take a 7.5KW high quality oil air compressor for example, the minimum monthly consumption is 5 kg oil, more than 60 kg lubricant costs will be paid per year, in the meanwhile ,in order to remove oil that contained in the compressed air, it is also a great cost using efficient oil filter and repeatedly replace the filter core .
