Product Introduction of MG300 Longwall Coal Shearer
The electric driven is driven by multi-electric motor and AC variable fre-quency speed controlled,applying to the thick or middle thick fully-machanized workface with the medium stable roof and less fluctuation floor to cut the hard or medium hard seam with rock .150-200m long is preferable.
Straight cutting arms, and the left and the right are eschangeable. The driven parts on the left and the right are ex-actly same and symmetrical. Cutting motor is set on cutting arm transversely, without power transmission between cutting arm and shearer body.
Main Characteristics of MG300 Longwall Coal Shearer
Powerful cutting drum with pick tine.
The electrical system can be 4-quadrant run, and can be applied to the big obliquity, and the haulage system is one driv-ing one mode.
Computer centralized control, PLC Chinese character display system with the functions such as protection, op-eration,and default display.
Applying water-cooled inverters that is reliable, small size. Good low frequency starting ability, big haulage, constant power variable speed control can be realized.
